I've got this listed with tigerbolt, so he may have made it, or at least he's the reason I have it:
1969-02-15.f.tb
1969-02-15.b.tb

Hello Dali,

would you consider making a cd cover for an historic Grateful Dead show that doesn't yet circulate?

1-29-67

The Dead's set this night included "New Potato Caboose", "Viola Lee Blues"; and ended with "Good Morning Little School Girl".

There is a poster for the show which I found 2 (enlargeable) sizes of:

http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn120/uncacreepy/various%2060s%20pix/Jan291967KrishnaAvalonBallroomposte.jpg

Jefferson Airplane and Quicksilver Messenger Service (?) also played this show, though they aren't listed on the poster.

There was a 40th anniversary celebration for the 1-29-1967 show in 2007. This page includes the poster for the 2007 event:

Thanks for sharing your artwork!

I'm on it - thank s for the set list, my deadbase only gives info on who played/benefit - no setlist. I'll work on it and put a new post with you in the title

thanks Daliguana!

Our Grateful Dead forum discussed the 1-29-67 show here:
http://www.archive.org/iathreads/post-view.php?id=77556

The thread includes an eye-witness account that describes highlights of the Big Brother and Jefferson Airplane sets.

This post mentions that Jerry Garcia donated a brand new stove to the Haight-Ashbury Krishna Temple (in early 1967):

I emailed The Psychedelic Shoppe early this morning requesting confirmation/details about the 1/29/67 setlist posted on their ebay description of the poster for the Krishna Benefit-Grateful Dead 1967.

Just in: 1 MB photobucket link to highest grade yet of the poster:

1/29/67 Grateful Dead HB w/no pinholes
